Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that the were delivered to you (e.g. unworn and unused, complete with tags, and in its original packaging). A proof of purchase, usually an order number is required.

To begin a return, you can email us at skiincosmetics@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will notify you that we’ve received and inspected your item(s), and will confirm whether your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take from 3-7 days to process depending on your bank provider. Items sent back to us without prior contact or confirmation of a return will not be accepted or issued a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item(s) have damages, defects or if you have received the wrong item so we can further investigate and resolve the issue.

Non-returnable & non-refundable items

Custom products such as bespoke orders or personalised items are not eligible for a refund. Items with non-accidental or handling damage will not be processed for a refund as it is the consumers responsibility to handle with care once the item is removed from its packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
