Aprils charity is Parkinson's UK
Parkinson's is the fastest growing neurological condition in the world. There’s currently no cure. But Parkinson's UK are determined to change that. By funding the right research into the most promising treatments, Parkinson's UK believe they will get closer to a cure.
Parkinson's disease is a condition that affects the brain. Parkinsonism is a term that covers several conditions, including Parkinson’s and other conditions with similar symptoms such as slow movement, rigidity (stiffness) and problems with walking.
"We're pushing to deliver a new treatment for Parkinson's by the end of 2024. And we're determined to develop a cure in the shortest possible time".
Parkinson's UK have already made vital discoveries that have revolutionised understanding of Parkinson's and the brain. Now's the time to keep the momentum going. Collaborative. Bold. Ambitious. It’s the only way to discover breakthroughs and one day, a cure.

Skiin Cosmetics UK are devoted to giving back to the community and that's why this year we will be giving away a percentage of our earnings to charity. We will be donating 10% of our income to a different charity every month and asked you guys to help us!
We asked you to send us the charities closest to your hearts and we will do the rest. Some of the charities include: Mind, Sheffield's Children's Hospital, Endometriosis, Water Aid, Women's refuge and Parkinson's UK, plus many others.
We will promote the monthly charity at the start of each month in hopes to gain as many donations as possible - As Dr. Loretta Scott proclaimed, "we cannot help everyone but everyone can help someone" and through raising money we hope to have an impact on the life of someone, even if it's in the smallest way.
